The firm is provided with a high-technological equipment for the treatment of brass bars up to a maximum diameter of 100 mm, and of unrefined hot-pressed brass elements. Every mechanical working process, also the most complex one, is carried out on sections of CNC lathes, single and multi-spindle mechanical lathes, on robotized centers with “transfer machines” and on special machines. All these machines are able to assure not only a high productive capacity but also high precision standards.
All the brass parts we produced are studied, planned and designed by our engineering office with the help of modern IT instrumentation. All the necessary equipments for the production, included the special ones, are entirely designed and created by our qualified engineers in a special internal department provided with high-technological machinery. During the various working stages, we carry out accurate quality controls and, in some cases, also the final test by means of special devices.
